Alexandria Research Center for Adaptation to Climate Change (ARCA) was established in 2011 through a research project funded by the IDRC-Canada. ARCA draws the values of excellence, diversity, social responsibility and integrity. It is intended as an outstanding centre of excellence for integrated climate change adaptation research, promoting knowledge sharing, collaborative policy-oriented research, experience exchange and best practices.
