Chemical Analysis by Inductively Coupled Plasma

The workshop was attended by Prof. Dr. Zikra Ghattas, Professor at the Department of Environmental Studies, Prof. Dr. Shawkat Kamal, Professor at the Department of Information Technology, and Dr. Bahaa Mahjoub, an expert in plasma devices.

This workshop comes within a series of workshops organized by the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research, within the framework of reviving the post-experience studies program and specialized training courses at the Institute of Graduate Studies and Research. and the educational process in general.
The workshop aims to explain the basic concepts of spectroscopy devices, with a focus on atomic emission devices and the different methods for preparing samples, in addition to calibrating the devices with standard solutions to obtain reliable results in their accuracy, and explaining methods for controlling and ensuring the quality of results in accordance with ISO 17025.
